Why I love my job at DBT

I have been in the Travel Industry for 12 years.

I am originally from Scotland and in my previous career I used to work for the equivalent of Telstra in the UK and used to supervise a team of 50 in a Customer Service role. So in my current job at DBT my Customer Service skills are of an extremely high standard - good Customer Service is so important in any Business especially in one so feircely competitive.

I really enjoy my Job - it's challenging - demanding but very rewarding. Nothing makes me happier when a clients returns from their trip and says THANKS for your efforts - your recommendations were fantastic and I will definately recommend you to others - your service has been outstanding. Nothing is too much bother - if there's a will - there's a way.

I, and the DBT Team, have an overwhelming amount of knowledge amongst us so if I don't know the answer one of my colleagues will. I personally have visited over 80 Countries. I love Cruising and have personally sailed on QM2 a number of times through the Pacifc and Asia during her World Voyage.

Cruising is fantastic - you unpack once and it's a feelling of home away from home and you get to visit wonderful countries with and abundance of varied Cultures without having to pack and unpack and fly between Countries. I am looking forward to assisting you with your bookings and making your dreams come true whether it be Cruising - on a Safari in Africa or a Cooking School in Asia I can take care of you - you are in good hands.
