Our emergency care lines operate between
1730 and 0830 Mon - Fri and 24/7 weekends and Public
Holidays.
Please firstly ascertain that your call
is in fact an emergency and whether or not it should
wait until the next business day when all other Principal
Companies (airlines etc) are operating as well.
Generally, your call will be greeted
by a Company Director. We're sure that'll be gratifying
for you to know when your comfort can be threatened
by the number of mishaps that can occur on a journey.
The Directors, and a good number of
our team have emergency out-of-office systems set
up where we can immediately access your booking and
profile to see that an emergency can be taken care
of with minimum of fuss.
Please note: Non-emergency after hours
customer assistance may incur a service fee as well
as charges imposed by other Principals.
